Where do South Bay renters go for a policy?
Our San Jose office serves renters in Campbell, Milpitas, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale and Union City, and south through Morgan Hill and Gilroy. The address is 25 N 14th St Ste 125, San Jose, CA 95112. Hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, and Saturday, 10am to 3pm.

What are the four parts of a renters policy?
Personal property
Your furniture, clothes, electronics and tools. You choose the limit, so add up what it would take to replace them.
Personal liability
Pays if you are legally responsible for injuring someone or damaging their property. This is the limit a lease usually names.
Loss of use
Extra living costs, such as a hotel, when a covered loss makes the unit unlivable.
Medical payments to others
A small amount for a guest who is hurt in your home, whoever was at fault.
Limits, deductibles and exclusions vary by carrier. Flood and earthquake are generally excluded and sold as separate policies.
What do we know about flood and fire in southern Santa Clara County?
We have researched public hazard records for two cities in this service area so far.
- Gilroy, flood. On January 9, 2023, Uvas Creek flooded the Christmas Hill Park and Silva's Crossing area. Homes flooded, and southbound Highway 101 was closed for hours. Source: ABC7 News. - Gilroy, fire. The 2025 CAL FIRE maps show 2,230 acres rated High and 1,796 acres rated Moderate inside the city. Gilroy adopted the maps by Ordinance No. 2025-05 on June 16, 2025. Sources: CAL FIRE jurisdiction table and City of Gilroy.
- Morgan Hill, fire. The 2025 CAL FIRE maps show 638 acres rated Very High, 1,493 acres High and 950 acres Moderate inside the city. Source: CAL FIRE jurisdiction table.
- Morgan Hill and Gilroy, flood project. The Upper Llagas Creek Flood Protection Project covers 13.6 miles across Morgan Hill, Gilroy and unincorporated county land. It broke ground in 2019. Source: Woodard & Curran project page.

We have not yet researched city records for Campbell, Milpitas, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale or Union City. This page gives no local figures for those five cities, and we would rather leave a gap than guess.
